About Patrick Swindale

Patrick Swindale was born in June of 1994 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tacoma, WA. Patrick Swindale attended Visitation Catholic School for elementary, Mann Middle School and Harrison Prep IB for Middle and beginning of High School. Patrick finished High School at Steilacoom High.

During this time Patrick Swindale was involved in Lakes High Swim and Water Polo teams, he was an Eagle Scout and Assistant Scoutmaster, and he participated in St. John Bosco Youth Group as well as The Knights of Columbus.

At age 23, Patrick Swindale became his younger severely autistic adopted brother's legal guardian, to ensure there would be generational care for his brother. Patrick Swindale works full time, typically 50 to 60 hours per week, as an engineer of a ferry.

Patrick’s work day starts at 4 AM and ends at 2 PM. Five days a week, after work, Patrick Swindale takes his brother either to the gym for 2 hours or for a 4 mile hike.

Patrick Swindale lectures at his church and he is involved in multiple community programs as time allows. Some of the activities Patrick is involved in include working with the boy scouts at his old troop, work parties at his church, trail clearing, and helping with his sister's pony club.

Patrick Swindale gives generously to the Humane Society and St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Patrick Swindale enjoys water and snow skiing, he is PADI certified in scuba and has a QMED license. Patrick Swindale attended Washington State University for undergraduate, attending St. Martin’s University for a semester.

At WSU Patrick was a member of the Exec Board for the social fraternity Kappa Sigma and also the Treasurer and Vice President for Alpha Phi Sigma, the Criminal Justice honor society.

Patrick Swindale graduated from WSU in May 2018 and was promptly accepted into the Loeb School for International Business at Maine Maritime Academy for the Masters of Science in International Logistics Management.

Patrick Swindale currently maintains a 4.0 grade point average and plans to graduate from the program in the Summer of 2021.

Patrick Swindale is studying to become a Licensed Custom Broker.
